Wedding Planning: The Glitz Package

This partial service coordination package is for couples who would like to plan the wedding themselves but would like professional assistance throughout the process. This package is perfect for couples who want more that “day-of services” but don’t need full planning.   Flaire will work in conjunction with the bride and groom, providing guidance and recommendations at any time during the planning process.

• Initial one hour consultation
• Budget review and advice
• List of vendor recommendations (unlimited) and contract review of proposed vendors in all categories (ie. cake, caterer, florist, etc.)
• Décor and Theme advice
• Regular progress meetings (approximately every other month, with increased # of meetings closer to wedding date)
• Etiquette Advice
• Detailed review of rehearsal, ceremony, and reception plans
• Confirmation of all vendor arrangements
• Creation and distribution of wedding weekend itinerary for participants and vendors on wedding day (includes schedule, telephone #’s, notes, and more)
• Unlimited phone and email access to wedding coordinator
• Collection of wedding day items (at rehearsal) including printed items, favors, candles, guest book, etc. to take to ceremony and reception
• Wedding Day Emergency Kit:  includes items needed for wedding day emergencies....ie. band aids, laundry sticks, bobby pins, safety pins, toiletries, ibuprofen, etc.)

• Complete Wedding Day Coordination to include:
  • Wedding coordinator and assistant
  • Oversee set up of ceremony and reception sites
  • Coordination and direction of rehearsal, in conjunction with clergy
  • Coordination of ceremony
  • Coordination and oversight of reception
  • Work in conjunction with musicians, catering, and photography staff to follow ceremony and reception schedule
  • Receive deliveries and and check in wedding vendors
  • Assistance with personal flowers for groomsmen and family members
  • Distribute final payments to vendors
  • Pack up gift table and other personal wedding items (special glasses, cake knife & server, etc.

Base package price is $2250.  Additional charges may apply depending on the size and complexity of the wedding.
