Wedding Planning: The Dazzle Package
This full service package is for the bride and groom who would like every detail of their wedding managed by a wedding planner and don’t have the 200+ hours needed to plan their dream day. From beginning to end, their wedding will be professionally planned and executed. Services included in this package are:
- Initial one hour consultation
- Budget developing, planning, and management
- Assistance with venue selection for both the ceremony and reception
- Assistance with vendor selection and contract review and negotiation
- Scheduling and attendance at vendor meetings
- Maintain vendor contact and relationships
- Creative design of decor and theme development
- Comprehensive wedding checklist that is updated on an ongoing basis.
- Regular progress meetings (approximately 1 per month)
- Advice and recommendations related to all printed materials for the wedding (this could include programs, menus, favor tags, table numbers, etc)
- Final reception site walk through with caterer
- Creation of wedding weekend itinerary for participants and vendors on the wedding day (includes schedule, telephone #’s, notes, and more)
- Etiquette Advice
- Collection of wedding day items (at rehearsal) including printed items, favors, candles, guest book, etc.
- Locate out-of-town guest accommodations
- Assistance with determining transportation needs
- Confirmation of all vendor arrangements
- Wedding Day Emergency Kit: includes items needed for wedding day emergencies....ie. band aids, laundry sticks, bobby pins, safety pins, toiletries, ibuprofen, etc.)
- Unlimited email and phone access to coordinators
- Complete Wedding Day Coordination to include:
- Wedding coordinator and assistant
- Oversee set up of ceremony and reception sites
- Coordination and direction of rehearsal, in conjunction with clergy
- Coordination of ceremony
- Coordination and oversight of reception
- Work in conjunction with musicians, catering, and photography staff to follow ceremony and reception schedule
- Receive deliveries and and check in wedding vendors
- Assistance with personal flowers for groomsmen and family members
- Distribute final payments to vendors
- Pack up gift table and other personal wedding items (special glasses, cake knife & server, etc.
Base package price is $3800. Additional charges may apply depending on the size and complexity of the wedding.
