• Review of rehearsal, ceremony, and reception plans, including site visits
• Unlimited phone and email access to the coordinators
• Confirmation of all vendor arrangements
• Creation of schedule for participants and vendors on wedding day
• Oversee set up of ceremony and rehearsal sites
• Provide rehearsal and wedding day coordination and direction.
