We knew Meghan and Dan's wedding was sure to be dramatic and glamorous, when we heard about Dan's proposal to Meghan.  Meghan, a Ravens cheerleader, was on the field cheering at a home game when Dan, dressed as Santa Claus, proposed by presenting her with a football that said "Meghan, will you marry me?".   An ecstatic Meghan said yes  and they began planning the wedding of their dreams.

Allison and Mark enjoyed a beautiful fall evening wedding at Swan Harbor Farm in Havre de Grace, MD.  We loved all the personal touches that Allison created for her big day.

We always enjoy when brides surprise their groom with a special cake during their wedding weekend.  Grooms cakes sometimes appear at the rehearsal dinner, reception, or even at the after wedding brunch.

Brian and Angie's wedding was a fun wedding that took place this past fall.  The ceremony was held at the grand Annunciation Cathedral.  A dinner reception followed at the Renaissance Hotel.  Angie made sure to include lots and lots of fun details to personalize her wedding day.

I read a great article in the Baltimore Sun recently (4/24/11 "Before tying the knot, try opening up about finances" by Eileen Ambrose) about how couples should talk about money before getting married.

The other day I was at a meeting and chatting with several other wedding planners about “day-of” event planning.  We all agreed that there are many misconceptions about what “day-of” means.  It’s name certainly implies that your planner is there the day-of your wedding.  What it doesn’t tell you is that there’s MUCH more involved then just showing up on your wedding day.
